In order to fulfil the changing market demands we have further developed
our most successful machine concept.
The new ergonomic design rounds off the detailed perfection of this
CNC-system in a very user-friendly manner.
The new Optimat BHC 555 series offers further advantages:
- Powerful HSK router spindle up to 15 kW [option]
- Routing distance in Y-direction max. 1779 mm [option]
- The user-orientated modular machine concept allows for:
- 3 different table versions
- the use of a variety of different equipment
versions
- 2 working fields for alternating processing
- Grooving saw in X-direction
- Quick-change system for drill bits (option)
- Up to 26 tool changing places
- Gluing and doweling aggregate, infinitely programmable (0° up to
360°) [option]
- Pneumatically fixed workpiece supports
- C-Axis, workpiece feeding rails and perfected clamping technique
- Safe positioning of workpiece consoles and vacuum cups via laser
systems and LED positioning system [option]
- 15" TFT monitor, CD-writer, modem as well as state-of-the-art
software (e.g. woodDesign - The 3D-construction tool for interactive
furniture design) are standards and guarantee a time-saving easy
operation.
