Plants For Production of Parquet

Top layer production

-Highest joint quality due to the three-dimensional pressure in the press
-The individual lamella strings are pressed individually in the press to compensate tolerances in length of the lamellas.
-Glueing at rest with controllable parameters
-Glue application by a reliable roller system
-Well-directed and even introduction of heat in the product thus minimizing changes of moisture during pressing.
-Different design patterns are possible such as Schiffsboden (parquet with 3 strands) and regular patterns.
-Schiffsboden pattern (parquet with 3 strands) in endless operation with a
maximum yield of material
-Automatic computation of the cross joints Extremely labour efficient system requiring one operator only

Core layer production

-No connecting elements for the core layer are required, therefore, no
costs for strings or glue threads.

-Glue application to both top layer and back layer, thus savings of glue
and good controllability of the amount of glue

-Glue application always from the top, thus allowing a reduced
cleaning.

-Closed-loop plant design with optimally matching modules
