		complete line

The processing scope of the complete line series includes the three,
four or six-sided coating of panel materials such as chipboard.
Paper with weights from 35 g/ m˛ are used as coating material.
Hot melt glue types such as EVA and PUR are used as adhesives.
The use of urea is also possible.
It is even possible to configure plants with built-up edges or white
adhesive. The process offers economic benefits for every conceivable
		application.
In a single processing stage, the raw chipboard panel is joined and
surface and profiled longitudinal edges coated, with production speeds
of up to 50 m/min a standard feature when using hot-melt glue.

		Quality:
This technique brings about a marked optical improvement in the quality
of furniture panels along the longitudinal side compared to conventional
production methods, as only one butt joint is directly visible at the
		corner or inlaid décor elements.

		Economy:
Cost savings of 15 – 20% are currently possible. |
